About Our Business
I started out in photography. After getting a degree in Art I went to NYC to study photography at Fashion Institute of Technology (the premiere Fashion School in the country) Since I was required to take Art courses too but I already had a degree in Art ... I took Jewelry. The world is becoming smaller and with a little research I found out how to buy Gems directly from the cutters. I'm not only cutting out the middle man but a few of them along the way. So by getting Precious Gemstones at below wholesale costs, and adding my artistic ideas, I am creating one of a kind jewelry, that's also affordable. I pick all of the stones and findings used in our jewelry myself. My wife was an Art Director in NYC when I was a photographer there. She helps with designs and critical expertise. Together we give you pieces you can't get anywhere else for prices, well below the price of the stones alone. If you were to go to a jewelry store to price this work. You would find that what they have for sale costs much more, and often for man made stones not the natural stones I use. I seldom use man made stones, but if I do I will always make it plain that it is man made and it will be priced lower for that reason. Sometimes I come across and exciting Gem that draws me to work it into a piece even though it's man made. But it will be price to suit that fact. Of course it's still my work, my designs. Most stones today are treated in some way and in some inclusions are always there such as Emeralds. An Emerald over a carat is considered rare but one of any size that is even Eye Clean is even rarer, and nearly impossible to find. Emeralds are expected to have inclusions. It's the nature of the stone. In fact these inclusion are called by the Gems enthusiasts "Jardin" Is in the garden of flowers (inclusions) that make up the nature of a given stone. We use Paypal which allows mulitple cards.(MasterCard,

Shipping Information
We normally ship Items within 48 hours.. We ship by USPS
which normally delivers in 1 to 4 days. Shipping costs are $3.00 per
item. We ship internationally. Receipt: Some of the orders are gifts,
we do not include a receipt with your shipment. An email receipt will
be emailed to you when your order has been shipped.

All information gathered by us through your order is
kept strictly confidential and will not be distributed to any company.
The information will be used only to make sure that your order gets
delivered to you in the most timely manner possible. If you need to
change anything about your order - where we'll be shipping it, phone,

with your order. Thereafter, it will not be used for any reason. We

Returns
Returns and exchanges that are accepted will be credited
with your original form of payment. All merchandise must be returned
in original condition. We do not accept returns of damaged merchandise
nor can we credit shipping and handling charges.
You must pay the shipping charges to return the item to
us. If it is an exchange we will then pay the shipping charges of the
items being sent back to you.
Cancellation of an order may incur a charge when order has been begun.
Therefore, once your order is placed, if you decide to cancel the order
or return an item within 7 days of your delivery, you will be responsible
for the freight charges to return it, as well as a 20% restocking charge
on the item plus the original delivery charges. If the item is returned
in a damaged or not "as-new" condition, it will not be credited.
In the event of defective goods or a shipping error, we will absorb
any additional shipping charges associated with the item.
